Key insight

In 2021, English was the most common language used at home among residents in Knox (C), accounting for 68% (108,159 people). This share was higher than Greater Melbourne (61.1%). Since 2016, the biggest change was in Mandarin, which increased by 3,469 people and 2.1 percentage points.
